Fingerpainting on Limeridge - Original Oil Painting - FRAMED

This is an original oil painting on a 9"x12"x.75" cradled panel. When I ran out the door and got to the limeridge open space for peak morning light, I was horrified to realize my brushes were left at home! Desperate to capture this gorgeous light, I decided i just finger paint. It was definitely very challenging but I'm really happy with how it turned out and it has a very dreamy feel. Jon was out running with the dogs so I managed to get them in the painting just as they were going over the hill. FRAMED in a black and silver frame for the Calicraft show.
