This umami-packed, small-batch hot sauce is a collaboration with Bravo’s Top Chef, to celebrate their 20th season! Bravo’s Top Chef World-All Stars brings together all-star cheftestants from around the globe, so we created a hot sauce line based on hero ingredients chefs often can’t live without. Our Garlic Hot Sauce puts the focus on one of the most-used alliums, featuring garlic in fresh and granulated forms, blended with a drizzle of oil for potent savory flavor. Apple cider vinegar and lemon juice add a touch of acid to balance things out. Try this sauce as a coating for roasted chicken or add to large-format dishes for extra umami.
