Dried Silkworm Pupae

We are excited to start offering dried silkworm pupae, or as we like to call them, Hedgie Bugguettes! These nutritious bugs are the pupa form of the silkworm moth. They have a flaky, buttery texture that is honestly suspicious in how much they are like a tiny croissant!  These high quality pupae come from a farm in Vietnam where they are processed to food grade standards for human consumption. They are cooked before shipment, and then we dry them here at Hedgehog Precision for a long shelf life and that light, crumbly texture that makes them extra enticing to hedgies.
