Polar 303C-01 Large Reversible Cam-Lift Hinge with 1-1/8" Offset Large cam-lift hinge is designed for installation where irregular floors interfere with operation of doors. Ductile iron cam rotates on a hardened roller bearing to lift the door, eliminating sag. Hinge is reversible for left or right hand doors.
