Crafted from a gorgeous selection of sassafras, our Sassy Hedgehog charcuterie board is all about fun. "Study of Hedgehog Stealing Apple" has long been one of our favorite vintage illustrations from J.G. Francis, so when it came time to designing a whimsical board for spring, we looked no further than this clever little thief.  As with any wood product, there may be variations in the wood grain and color from board to board.
