1930s North American Hook Rug - 2' x 2'8

Hooked rug crafted during the second quarter of the 20th century in the Northeastern United States. This rug is composed of a charming design of a duck and her brood. The large red duck is in the center swimming along with her two small yellow ducklings. In good condition, signs of wear consistent with age. Flat pile, hooked onto a burlap back.
