Vintage Turkish Kilim Runner - 2'6 x 14'6

This vintage kilim runner was woven in the 20th century in Turkey.  It is composed of vertical stripes in blocks of orange, brown, and white with burgundy highlights. There is a central white stripe, followed by alternating black and orange stripes. Thin burgundy stripes outlined in white provide definition to the design. Goat hair is mixed in with the wool, making this a very sturdy and hard-wearing rug.  In excellent condition, signs of wear consistent with age.
