Vintage Moroccan Boucherouite Rug - 4' x 4'10

Moroccan Boucherouite rug, handwoven during the end of the 20th century.  Boucherouite rugs are made using recycled fabrics, giving them their distinctive multicolor and shaggy pile. This funky rug features diamond and checkerboard patterns. The dominant colors are the dark blue used in the outlines, and the camel and azure colors of the diamonds. This rug is very whimsical and appealing, perfect for a space in need of texture.  In excellent condition, signs of wear consistent with age.
