Heriz Rug - 8’5 x 10’1

This Heriz rug was handwoven during the second quarter of the 20th century. This classic Heriz features a geometric central medallion and rich saturated tones. A rich red field is complemented by wonderful icey blues, golden yellows, and dusty jades with navy and ivory accents. The four ivory cornices brigthen the composition and the navy ground main border nicely frames the piece. In very good condition with light wear to the face. Dense weave with a hefty handle.
