Long & Narrow Kerman Runner - 2’8 x 16’3

This Kerman rug handwoven during the second quarter of the 20th century. It features an elegant allover design of floral sprays in pastel pinks, reds, blues, browns, and gold and on a sandy khaki ground. It is framed by a border of bouquet filled vases that enter the field along its scalloped edges. In a desirable narrow and long dimension. In very good condition, signs of wear consistent with age. Medium pile, with a heavy handle. Wool is incredibly soft and shiny.
