HEKA Brooder – Analog Thermostat

These HEKA Brooder Boxes are built with the same durable, hygienic, and fully insulated plastic construction as our advanced digital models (4111 and 4222). The cabinet is made of 24 mm-thick plastic with an insulated core for superior temperature stability and long service life. Each box features a thick plexiglass front door for easy viewing and access, along with a premium hot-dip galvanized mesh-wire floor and sliding drawer. The dirt drawer is fully enclosed at the edges, making this brooder box ideal even for waterfowl species, where moisture control is essential. The key difference lies in the control system. Instead of a processor-controlled digital display, these models use a simple manual thermostat: Temperature is adjusted via a black control knob located on the left side of the box. Unlike our digital units with 0.1 °C precision, this model has minor temperature fluctuations of approximately 0.3–0.6 °C, similar to our traditional wooden brooder boxes. These fluctuatio
