The palate is intense, round, balanced, smooth and silky. Slight sweetness with smoked and roasted touches. Almonds and white fruit. Long aftertaste.A nice dark amber colour. Clean, bright and glyceric.Intense nose. Notes of aging memories from the oak barrels and oxidation. Toasted caramel.Sweet wine "Criaderas y Soleras". 1964 Solera of oxidized PX, 10% sweet wine from a 1918 Solera, some fresh must added to help soften the sherry as well.
