YOU MUST MAKE YOUR BOOTH PAYMENT AND COMPLETE ALL REQUIRED BOOTH RELEASE FORMS TOGETHER OR YOUR BOOTH IS NOT RESERVED! If payment and forms are not received together, your booth will NOT be reserved.  You MUST fill out ALL forms and make your booth payment together! Unapproved payments & unapproved double booth payments will not be refunded.. seriously! Hell City booths are invitation only!
