Protective plastic sleeve on chisel tip maintains shape even when using with metal rulers or stencils. Fast-drying ink doesn’t smear when highlighting over pencil or ink, won't bleed through most papers, and doesn't stain ruler edges. Chisel tip 3.8mm; extra-fine bullet tip 0.5mm.
