Snowflake TWO Tutu Dress

This is a soft cotton dress with a fluffy chiffon tulle layer skirt. We have added a "Two" with a super sparkly gold glitter heat set snowflake applique.This dress is available in white and the design can be changed to any colors.  Please choose a non glitter color for the "two" and then either glitter or non for the snowflakes. Leave any notes with color changes at checkout, otherwise it will be made as shown.*Washing Instructions* for best results machine wash inside out and hang to dry.
