We use new Carters brand bodysuits and add a super sparkly gold glitter heat set applique and our original signature heart on the backside. The tutu is a crisp made with layers and layers of soft fluffy tulle, with white glitter tulle accents and a gold bow. We use top quality tulle and sew every layer not tie. Tutus measure 7"-8" long, this gives them the most fluffy appearance. Sizes are as follows- all sizes are unstretched measurements, there is 3-5"+ of stretch.
