The wok-friendly cooking grid is made of heavy-duty stainless steel rods with a detachable 9-inch inner ring. This natural gas power burner has two burner rings that can be controlled separately. The inner ring has a 25,000 BTU rating, while the outer ring has a 35,000 BTU rating.
