We are on a mission to make wellness information available to everyone — for free. Of course, researching, compiling, and beautifully designing then distributing this information takes time... which is limited as a small, one-woman business.  Outside of shopping through our affiliate links, you can directly support us in creating new content by making a donation.  We ask that any individuals or businesses using our information or free materials as supplements in their own classes or sales strategy consider making a donation.
