Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) is a dietary supplement used to treat a variety of symptoms and conditions. MSM is a sulfur containing compound found naturally in plants, animals and humans. MSM is widely used in the alternative medicine feild and by people looking for a natural way to relieve joint pain & arthritis, reduce inflammation, boost immunity, relief of allergies, aid skin conditions, speed up recovery after exercise and much more. In 2007, the Food And Drug Administration gave MSM the Generally Recognized As Safe (GRAS) designation with up to 4.8 grams per day.
