Queen City Gold - Late Spring Honey

Queen City Gold-March through May honey. Fruit trees and wild flowers make this honey a little sweeter with a fruity/floral taste. This is our second honey flow of the season, from our local Carolina hives.  Queen City Gold is wonderful for your Late spring allergies, taking a teaspoon a day to build your immunity to those pollen's you are breathing in. Drizzle on fresh fruit for a summer breakfast. Wonderful addition to a Charcuterie board. Great medium sweet taste to add to your yogurt, smoothie. Wonderful for a floral tea or black tea. Be sure to let your tea steep first before adding honey as you do not want to overheat our non-heated honey and kill those raw enzymes!
