Himalayan Single Origin Chamomile Tea

Our chamomile flowers are sourced from a small farm in the Himalayan mountains of the Kangra district in Himachal Pradesh. The blossoms are carefully handpicked to ensure the delicate flowers are kept whole and beautiful. Enjoy a peaceful cup of chamomile tea during the night for blissful sleep and sweet dreams or throughout the day when a moment of calm is needed.In general herbal tisanes are steep at near boiling temperatures, however we have found that chamomile has bitter compounds that are extracted at higher temperatures. We find that the best sweet flavors of the chamomile flowers are released at temperatures of 175°F - 185F° (80°C - 85°C).
