Arnica (Arnica) Arnica is a perennial plant with a hairy stem that produces yellow-orange flowers. Its extract is diluted and applied topically to help reduce the pain and swelling of inflamed skin, to ease muscle aches, and to help heal wounds. Apply externally as a liniment. Let air dry.  Shake well before using. Not to be used during pregnancy. Consult with your physician before use. Keep away from children. Use only as directed on label.
