Postpartum Herbal Bath Blend

Our Sacred Postpartum Herbal Bath is a blend of herbs that contain antibacterial, anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory, and calming properties to help the new mother speed up healing after birth.  Directions: Mix a cup of the blend with a quart of water and bring it to boil for 5 minutes, remove from heat, cover and let it sit for 7-10 minutes. Strain before adding to your bath.  For Sitz bath, mix a quarter of a cup of the herbs with two cups of water, and follow the instructions above.
