Botanical name Rumex Alpinus L. Common Names Amla vetasa (Sanskrit name), Curled dock, Curly dock, Rumex Could be used for Stomach upset, liver inflammations, constipation, intestinal worms. Suggested preparation and dosage One soup spoon of the herb is soaked in 500 ml of boiled water for 10 minutes. Filter the liquid. Drink 120 ml three times a day before meals. For constipation and intestinal worms - put 2 spoons of the herb. Precautions Do not overdose! This product could not replace regular nutrition.
