Product Details: Skirt steak is cut from the plate, long and flat in shape. Skirt Steak is well known for its beef-forward flavor. This is a lean cut of beef that needs a helping hand to make it as tender as possible.  Cooking Notes: We recommend using a marinade and a hand mallet to further tenderize your steak. Keep to rare or medium rare for optimal flavor and texture. I would recommend this cut for any recipe calling for thinly sliced beef such as Gyros, Stir fry, etc.
