Product Details: Our Kabobs are precut pieces of premium sirloin meat. Sirloin is known for being a leaner cut of beef with a robust flavor profile.  Each package includes 1 pound of tender pre-cubbed beef. Cooking Notes: Beef Kabobs are the ultimate summer meal perfect for a backyard barbeque or campsite dinner! For the best flavor profile try marinating the meat in a marinade of your choice for ~1 hour prior to cooking. Place meat on a skewer along with your preferred vegetables; we like zucchini, bell peppers, and onions. Grill over medium heat until the meat reaches the desired temperature.    Note: Metal skewers will speed up cooking time
