Covers bright and clean. Bottom and top edges have some rubbing, exposing the thread. Spine has a little insect damage at top and bottom. Pages 43-46 are creased. Top page edges soiled, but does not extend onto pages themselves. Allen Hubin also lists this as the basis for a 1929 silent film directed by Walter Lang, the film may have been abandoned during production because of the advent of sound technology, as no record of the film's release seems to exist.
