This is Smoking Globe's most popular flagship all-around sauce! Their cayenne chilies are aged with sea salt for 24 months. Fresh Madagascar peppercorns are then steeped in red wine vinegar before they add the aged chili mash, charred Vidalia onions, & tons of roasted garlic. Gator Head is a simple flavorful twist on the original Louisiana cayenne pepper hot sauce.
