King Olive Oil

Olive oil defines the taste of King Restaurant. It’s the most important ingredient in their kitchen, and they have partnered with the Sesti estate in Montalcino for their third annual private bottling of King Olive Oil.  King Olive Oil is made from an exclusive blend of Correggiolo, Leccino and Moraiolo olives, which are harvested by hand when half green and half black and are cold pressed on the same day of harvest to retain all their nutrition and flavor and to keep the acidity low.  The 2022 vintage of King Olive Oil is bright green in color with scents of cut grass and artichoke, a nuttiness on the palate, and a final peppery note.  Cooking with it lessens its flavor, so King recommends using this special olive oil as a finishing oil for your dishes.
