  This vinegar is brought to us by Monteverde in collaboration with Acetaia San Giacomo. Acetaia San Giacomo is owned by their great friend Andrea Bezzecchi. He’s traveled all over Italy with Chef Sarah, and has the distinct honor of being one of only 12 people in the world who taste Parmigiano-Reggiano to assure its quality for the Italian government. Saba is the same grape must destined to be Balsamic vinegar reduced down even further, and not fermented or acidified. Sweeter and less acidic than balsamic vinegar. It is delicious drizzled over food just like balsamic but usually used when you want a sweeter touch. Product Size: 250 ml.
