Prepare it as a cold brew for a refreshing and healthy iced tea or enjoy it hot for a cozy, rainy day beverage.  Cold Brew: Combine 1.5 L. of water with 3 heaping tablespoons of tea. Refrigerate overnight. Sweeten, strain, pour over ice, and enjoy! Hot Brew: Combine 1 cup of boiling water with 2 tablespoons of tea. Steep for one and a half minutes.
