Waxy Wax - Linseed Oil Paste Wax

Heron Waxy Wax is our enhanced version of the standard linseed oil and beeswax wax used by a lot of woodworkers. We wanted a longer lasting, more durable wax that remained compatible with our linseed oil paint while lasting a lot longer outside in the elements.  We didn’t want to stray into the world of carnauba or solvents. Waxy Wax is made with our homemade boiled linseed oil, raw tung oil, beeswax and pine rosin. We developed this wax primarily as a rejuvenating wax (maintenance wax) over aged linseed oil paint, and for raw wooden surfaces, but it works well on stone, metal, and brick. We suggest you run some test samples to make sure it works on your project. This is NOT a food safe product as we make it with our boiled linseed oil.
