1999 Scrimshaw Ship Ultralite Zippo Lighter

Still sealed and new in the original package is this Zippo Scrimshaw Ship Ultralite lighter.  I believe it is from 1999 but since the package is sealed I can't see the bottom of the lighter for the date code.  Reads: Zippo Manufacturing Co - Bradford PA - Niagara Falls, Ontario.
