Billet Front Knuckle / Wheel Bearing Carrier  If you have a Honda Talon it is no secret that the front knuckle is a problem area. The main failures we have seen are with the lower ball joint and tie rod area especially running larger tires. Its a common failure point for the lower ball joint to pop out and break the lower portion of the knuckle. We have made a cap that allows us to put a snap ring above the ball joint keeping it from popping out as well as beefed up the lower portion of the knuckle so it doesn't break. We also decided to Fork or Double Shear the Tierod area for the ultimate strength. This will require the use of aftermarket Tierods that utilize 5/8" heims.  With our billet solution we set out make the best knuckles available with the end user in mind.
