While it’s a washed-process coffee, there’s nothing conventional about it. This Geisha variety is as wild and expressive as any natural-process microlot, and it’s easily one of the most adventurous Apex releases of the year. The lemon-poppy seed bread note gives this cup a vibrant, almost pastry-like finish, while the star fruit and tropical citrus tones keep it crisp and complex.
