Hibiscus Honey

This gorgeous dark magenta honey is infused with organic Hibiscus flowers. It has berry tones that are fruit, sweet, with a slight hint of lemon. It's the perfect substitute for jam for breakfast over yogurt or even in a PB&J. It's also delicious in smoothies and making pink lemonade.  It pairs well with cheese such as brie and goat cheese and perfect to drizzle over biscuits or butter croissants.  Makes a wonderful sweetener for tea, adds another depth of flavor as well as medicinal properties.
