Kōracha was created in collaboration with the Fairmont Kea Lani Resort in Wailea, Maui.  It perfectly complements the Asian fusion cuisine featured by the amazing chefs at their signature restaurant, Kō.  Sweetened with local Maui Honey and Kō (sugarcane) juice, it is a lemongrass infused Sriracha with garlic and ginger paired with red jalapeños and Hawaiian chili peppers to give it a unique twist to the original HI Spice recipe.
