Pineapple Ginger

They have the heat of a ghost pepper, but also the bright citrus flavor of a habanero to pair perfectly with the tropical flavor of the pineapple and ginger combo. The ginger actually accentuates the tartness of the pineapple and the heat of the peppers to deliver a mind blowing flavor bomb. How we like to sauce it up… This is a go-to for fish tacos, but one of our favorite uses is to make an instant spicy teriyaki in the sauce pan by adding tamari or soy sauce!
