Hibiscus Beauty's bonder instantly cures the glue to seal off adhesive fumes!   Ingredients: Teflon Resin, Distilled Water, Brij-78, Brij-52, Ethyl Alcohol, Polyethylene Glycol, Ethyl Paraben, Methyl Paraben, Pigment  How to Use: Dry lashes for 2 minutes after the set is complete.
