“Encanto” (Spanish for ‘A Delight’). It is a delicate blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon and was aged to perfection in French oak barrels. This is a seriously good wine with depth of complex fruit flavors, some spices and a delicious, long finish. Perfect with a rib roast.
