Our Pesto Dip is a versatile Italian herb-flavored mix. Prepare as a spread or mix with olive oil for pasta or bread. An original blend by Hidden Valley Crafts. Prepare & Serve Spread:  Mix with 16 ounces of cream cheese. Optional: Add 4 tablespoons of butter or margarine for extra creaminess. Pesto Dressing or Dip: Combine mix with 1/3 cup olive oil. Serving Suggestions Prepared as a cream cheese spread, enjoy our Pesto Mix with crackers, bagels, or vegetables.If mixed with olive oil, pour over 1 lb. of cooked pasta for a delicious italian treat (add some grilled chicken if desired).  Toss and serve hot or cold.May also be used as a dip for freshly baked bread sticks or italian bread.
