Product FAQs How to connect Connect the USB Type-C connector of the adapter to any USB Type-C compatible device such as a laptop. Connect HDMI, USB 3.0 and/or USB Type-C to the adapter. Each cable and port supports a different functionality such as charging or screen mirroring. Will my iPhone data transfer/charge? Yes! You can connect any iPhone via the USB 3.0 connection to charge and data transfer. You may need to unlock your iPhone after connecting to the hub. What devices does this USB Hub work with? This device works with most USB-connected devices such as smartphones, tablets and HDMI-connected monitors. Why isn't my device charging? Most devices will require you to unlock them after connecting. If your device doesn't begin charging, try unplugging the device and then plug it back in. Why isn't my device mirroring? Screen mirroring is only supported via HDMI to HDMI-connected TVs and monitors. USB Type-C connected devices are also supported. Screen mirroring is not supported via USB 3.0.
