Although Pelargonium Capitatum oil (sold here) has a similar scent with its first cousin Pelargonium Graveolens (known as Geranium), they are not the same, because Pelargonium Capitatum has more floral and sweeter fragrance.  On the other hand, Pelargonium Capitatum is more on geranium side of the fragrance than its second Rose-Geranium (Pelargonium Roseum) cousin, which has even "rosier" fragrance.
