Wilde Field®

Wilde Field is a tasty pressed curd cheese made with our own pure Jersey cows' milk. Sharp & nutty; complex on the tongue with a bold bite of roasted coffee beans upfront, and a mellow sweetness in the finish. Firm and crumbly yet surprisingly creamy. Aged for over a year at our Berkshire farmstead, the rind is washed in a locally made Hazy IPA from Antimony Brewing in Lenox to impart subtle flavors of wheat, hops, and citrus. Named after the founding mother of High Lawn, Marjorie Field Wilde.
