Crawcuzzi - Automatic Crawfish Cleaner

Our Crawcuzzi is a high-performance automatic crawfish cleaning system. The perfect add-on to one of our commercial seafood boilers, this cleaner streamlines your workflow and ensures that your patrons receive the highest quality seafood. Depend on HPC for commercial cooking equipment that gets the job done right and holds up to daily use. This industrial crawfish purger will clean the load of crawfish in minutes by pumping high-pressure air through the water and filtering out mud and dirt. Each model includes a manual water fill valve and an on/off electric switch to power the blower. Units come with a drop-in basket with a latching trap door. (Our 40 & 60 gallon units come with flip baskets). Our crawfish purge tank sizes are a perfect fit for an HPC commercial boiler of the same size.
