Santa Adelaida is a cooperative farm located high in the Mountains of El Salvador.  This coffee is clean and a bit earthy, with a bit of a tangy chocolate taste.   The Santa Adelaida cooperative farm has been farming organically since 1992.  Formerly a single estate, Santa Adelaida is now home to 250 families work together to grow this coffee in a sustainable way. It's location, 1,200 metres above sea level, provides Sata Adelaida an ideal climate for growing specialty coffee with excellent flavour characteristics.
