Our medium roast Panama Panamaria yields a superb coffee with a mellow flavor; Look for notes of milk chocolate and hazelnut complemented by bright tropical fruit accents. Panama Panamaria coffee comes to us from the Casa Ruiz Estate, a family owned estate located near the town of Boquete in the province of Chiriqui, Panama. The Ruiz family has worked in the Boquete coffee industry for three generations. Notably, they are one of the founding donors to the Ngabere literacy program, which supports literacy efforts within the Ngabere indigenous population. (1Lb. bag)
