Cornwall, Sven Hermelin, Inger Wedborn, Royston, Hanamoto, Mayes & Beck, E. Stengade, R. Homann, E. Langleide, etc. Dust jacket has some edgewear, loss at extremities. Since this photograph was taken, the dust jacket has been placed in a plastic sleeve, and looks quite bright.
