Made of a tough polystyrene plastic, it is easy to use:  The 18-inch bats will instantly center and secure on the wheel when used with the Quick-Release and the Adapter.  Your bats won't wobble or warp.  Made in the USA. Tip:   Add some foam for a grabber pad for trimming. Dimensions:  1-1/2" x 18" diameter (17-1/2" usable area) The Quick-Release (PS-QR) and the Adapter (PS-ADAPTER18) fit all wheel heads and are sold separately.
