Ultra Black (Pint)

Ultra Black Velvet Underglaze fires to a beautiful soft, dark matte color at cone 05 then deepens to a darker black at cone 5 and maintains it’s shade at cone 10. A clear glaze accentuates the color of the underglaze significantly at any temperature. If AMACO Velvets are used for food or drink, they must be covered by a dinnerware-safe clear glaze and fired properly.
